Microsoft warns of Vista application faults

Microsoft has named the applications that are incompatible with Windows Vista Service Pack 1.

Several antivirus applications are especially known to be affected.

They include BitDefender 10, Jiangmin's KV 10 and KV 2008 and Trend Micro Internet Security 2008.

All three vendors have posted updates which make the software compatible with the new version of Vista.
