Tsvangarai refuses to talk to Mugabe

Zimbabwean opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai has rejected talks on a unity government.
After African Union leaders at a summit on Tuesday called for for the two sides to negotiate, Mr Tsvangarai has said Mugabe must accept him as the rightful election winner.
Mugabe’s election in a June 27th ballot has been dismissed by some African Unioun leaders and much of the world as a sham.
Tsvangirai pulled out of the election because of attacks on his supporters. He had won a first round vote on March 29th.
Mr Tsvangarai has said it is also essential that ZANU-PF stops the violence and halts the persecution of MDC leaders and supporters before they can sit down to talk.
Mugabe's officials had earlier welcomed the call from African leaders for talks on a power-sharing government.

thank you i was starting to think China was biased and supported Mugabe’s actions at the UN I have come to believe the Chinese don’t want a free Zimbabwe as they like the cheap minerals we send just know that even though your words are cautious and guarded a ray of light in them tells me you hope for a better Zimbabwe keep up the good work and don’t get locked up for your decency taking a stance your leaders would rather not and please no more ships with guns lets try food i like Chinese cuisine just the bullets i find hard to stomach.

Chinese want freedom. Chinese and others want more destabilzation. Stand by for more bird nest soup laced with poison for African nations. Awful lot of mouths to feed in china.

Live and let live
It is absurd to spew racist overtone on a serious subject. Tsvangarai should talk for the sake of peace in Zimbabwe. He can always tell the world what happen to the talk if it fails.
As for a lot of mouths to feed in china, bear in mind average chinese use 1/10 the resources including food and energy compare to average european. A country’s population is big only when its culture has the capacity to accept differences, meaning less racist or self centered.

You ever seen what chinese can do for a country. Land stripping is a favorite word for one of our resident posts. Well thats what will happen. Strip everything everything and leave nothing nothing. I’m sorry you feel i’m racist. Lump it or leave it.
